Federal Aviation Administration

• As the prime contractor Air Control, Inc. managed subcontractors , coordinated all scheduling and self-performed the interior demolition, drywall and framing, ceiling tile and grid, general trades/carpentry, and HVAC at the AHQ Remodel in Oklahoma City, OK for the Federal Aviation Authority. This included the entire renovation of 17,500sf including new interior finishes, raised computer access flooring, drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, Mechanical, and Life Safety. 

United States Corp of Engineers

• As the Mechanical subcontractor Air Control Inc coordinated all scheduling and self-performed the submittals, equipment procurement, sheet metal installation, mechanical insulation, mechanical system controls, sheet metal storm shelter material, concrete mechanical equipment pads at the Rock Island Arsenal under subcontract from Atherton Construction for the US Army Core of Engineers. This  included new Mechanical Systems in 8 single family homes and 15 multi-family homes totaling 38 units.  

United States Air Force

• ACI, was the general contractor for Robins Air Force Base for demolition and installation  B38 building Ventilation System Upgrade. ACI self performed the demolition of two dust collection systems and installation of 2 new systems, 8 fans, and installation of concrete pads. Subcontracting the electrical and structural steel.

GSA MATOC

• ACI was awarded by the GSA an IDIQ IA MATOC set-aside for Small Businesses, in accordance with FAR 19. This Solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), for Construction Services in Iowa.
